COVID-19 BOOKING POLICY
We appreciate that in the unusual circumstances we all find ourselves in, you need peace of mind in knowing that if your holiday is affected by COVID-19, you'll be treated fairly. We have put together a flexible policy which reflects the uncertainty of the times we are living in.
If we are unable to open
Should we find ourselves in a situation where we are unable to open to guests due to local or national restrictions affecting leisure travel, we will be offering free rebooking or a full refund for each booking affected.
If you are unable to travel
We all appreciate the need for each of us to do our bit in controlling the spread of COVID-19. So if you find yourself needing to self-isolate for any reason, or if you are affected by local restrictions. As long as we are still able to open and welcome guests, you'll be offered free rebooking.
